Government-led digital platforms like ONDC currently face inconsistent design across services, causing confusion for users and inefficiencies for developers. Existing guidelines are often open-ended, leading to fragmented interfaces and usability issues. This project explores how a unified design system for ONDC can bring clarity and consistency, creating a cohesive, flexible design language that improves user experience and supports scalable, efficient platform development.
